Attorney Rand Simmons

I grew up in Dodge City and have spent most of my life in Kansas. I graduated from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!) and attended Washburn University School of Law.

Since 2006, I have represented thousands of people in family law, criminal, juvenile, and traffic cases. This is rewarding work and I enjoy it immensely. I believe everyone deserves help to get the best deal possible and to help them navigate the sometimes scary legal process.

I will do my best to help guide you through your legal matter in the most reasonable and affordable manner possible. I want you to know what is coming and to give you as many options as possible. It is very important to me that you are never, ever surprised.

My office is on the second floor of 701 Commercial (7th & Commercial) in downtown Emporia, suite 200. (Sorry, no elevator. Please let me know if you can't do stairs and I will arrange to meet you elsewhere.)

I have a beautiful, supportive wife and three grown kids. We live in Emporia with our dogs and cats. I enjoy reading science fiction/alternative history, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Office Manager Tracy Simmons

I am also from Dodge City, a KU graduate (psychology) and have spent most of my life in Kansas. I enjoy working with my husband in his law practice. When not answering the phone for Simmons Law or working on billing and bookkeeping, you will find me writing and working with area authors via my publishing company, Meadowlark Books.

Receptionist Linda Simmons

I was born and raised in Dodge City and have lived several places since. My interests include baking, reading (especially historical novels, time travel, science fiction, alternative history) and family. We have three children and seven grandchildren. Hubby and I have been married 50 years and look forward to the next 50.
